Miami Winter Symposium 2023 delegates can book accommodation at the Hyatt Regency Miami Hotel at a reduced rate; you can either book online or over the telephone.
Accommodation Rates:
Single or Double Room: US$235.00 per night
All costs are exclusive of tax at 13%
The deadline for booking accommodation is 3 January 2023. After this date accommodation will be subject to availability at the prevailing rate

Find a Roommate
For those delegates who would like to stay at the conference hotel but need some help with costs, we are offering a service to match up potential roommates.
Please send an email to the conference secretariat (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances) including the following information:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Male or Female
- Dates of stay
- Interests
- Any other information you consider important
The conference secretariat will put potential matches in touch with each other. By contacting the conference secretariat with your details you are agreeing to your email address being circulated to other delegates on the Find a Roommate database. The conference is not responsible for booking accommodation or any problems from the financial arrangements between roommates. Please make sure that you have a confirmed delegate booking before arranging any accommodation.

Elsevier has been made aware that third-party companies are targeting Elsevier conference speakers and attendees with a fraudulent travel and hotel booking scheme.
The companies are calling/emailing conference attendees, using email addresses which appear very similar to official Elsevier email addresses, and claiming to be the “official” housing bureau and/or authorized by Elsevier to book hotel/travel accommodations for the conference. This is entirely false and should anyone contact you, please do not provide them with any of your details, but refer this to Elsevier. If you are in any doubt about an email regarding the conference, please check this with a member of the organising team via: conferencecs@elsevier.com
